Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-06-04.
1. The Provider
Tamás Juszkó, sole proprietor (registered address: 3985 Alsóberecki, Tóhát u. 15., registry number: 50946457, tax number: 67917219-1-25), email: info@wpmento.hu, hereinafter: the Provider.
2. Scope
These Terms apply to the WordPress Fix-up service offered by the Provider at wpmento.hu (the "Service"), and to any subsequent monthly maintenance arrangement. These Terms come into force between the parties upon confirmation of the order.
3. Subject of the Service
The WordPress Fix-up is a fixed-price professional service for existing WordPress and WooCommerce sites. It includes review of the site, developer-level issue mapping, an issue list, alignment, safe fixes performed in priority order within the available time, and a short written summary.
4. Effort and scope
The package represents up to one working day of total professional effort, including review, alignment, fixing, checking and the short summary. The Service is not an unlimited repair package and not an hourly development budget. The Provider uses the available time in priority order.
5. What's not included
The following are not automatically part of the package:
- full SEO strategy, keyword research, content planning, link building;
- full accessibility audit;
- full redesign or building a new website;
- larger custom development;
- serious malware cleanup, full recovery of a hacked site;
- full fixing of external API or invoicing integrations;
- for WooCommerce: full review of payment gateways, checkout flow, shipping logic, stock or external systems;
- 24/7 on-call, guaranteed response time, SLA.
A separate quote can be requested for these.
6. Fees and payment
- Price of the WordPress Fix-up: 79,900 HUF, one-off fee.
- The Provider applies the Hungarian small-business VAT exemption — no separate VAT is shown on invoices.
- Payment is by bank transfer based on the invoice issued by the Provider.
- Payment due date: as shown on the invoice; unless otherwise agreed, 8 days from issue.
- Monthly maintenance starts from 19,900 HUF / month; the exact monthly fee is agreed between the parties.
7. Ordering process
- The Customer submits the contact form or sends an email.
- The Provider replies whether the Service fits the situation.
- After confirmation, the parties agree on timing and access methods; access is handed over by the Customer over a secure channel.
- The Provider performs the review and the fixes, then sends a written summary.
- The Provider issues an invoice and the Customer pays based on it.
8. Customer cooperation
The Customer must provide the data and access necessary for performance in time, and respond to questions within a reasonable timeframe. Otherwise the deadline shifts proportionately. Access is always provided at the Customer's own risk; after the Service it is recommended to change passwords.
9. Liability
- The Provider performs the Service with the professional care expected of them.
- The Provider does not make larger changes on a live site without prior agreement and aims to ensure a backup exists before starting the work.
- The Provider's liability is limited to the fee of the Service. The Provider is not liable for indirect or consequential damages or lost profits.
- The Provider is not liable for issues caused by third parties (e.g. hosting provider, plugin or theme author, external service) or by the Customer's later interventions.
- The Provider does not guarantee that every existing bug will be solved within the package.
10. Right of withdrawal
Under Hungarian Gov. Decree 45/2014 (II.26.), a Customer qualifying as a consumer may withdraw from a service contract within 14 days from contracting, without justification. If the Customer expressly requests performance to begin within those 14 days and the service is fully performed, the right of withdrawal is lost. If performance starts within 14 days but isn't completed, and the Customer withdraws, the Customer must pay the Provider's fee in proportion to performance.
11. Confidentiality
The Provider treats data, access and business information learned during the work as confidential and does not hand them over to third parties unless required by law.
12. Data protection
Details of personal data processing are set out in the Privacy notice.
13. Disputes and governing law
These Terms are governed by Hungarian law. The parties first attempt to resolve disputes amicably. Consumers may turn to the Hungarian Conciliation Board competent at their place of residence. Online dispute resolution: https://ec.europa.eu/odr.
14. Amendments
The Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms unilaterally. Amendments take effect upon publication on wpmento.hu and only apply to existing contracts based on a separate agreement between the parties.
