2. Data processed and purposes
Through the contact form on wpmento.hu, I process the following data:
- Name – addressing, contact
- Email – reply, ongoing communication
- Website URL (optional) – identifying the site to be reviewed
- Site type (optional) – categorising the request
- Message content – describing the issue
- Urgency flag (optional) – prioritisation
- Consent record and timestamp – auditability
- IP address and technical logs – abuse prevention, security
3. Legal basis
- For contact and communication: the data subject's consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)).
- If a contract is formed, related processing is based on the performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)) and on legal obligations (accounting, tax — Art. 6(1)(c)).
- For abuse prevention, logging and security: the Controller's legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).
4. Retention
- Enquiries that don't lead to a contract: up to 12 months, then deleted.
- If a contract is formed, accounting documents are kept for 8 years as required by Hungarian law.
- Technical logs: up to 6 months.
- Consent can be withdrawn at any time at info@wpmento.hu.
5. Processors
- Hosting provider: DotRoll Kft., 1148 Budapest, Fogarasi út 3-5. – running the site and contact form, and delivering submitted messages by email.
- Google Ireland Ltd. (reCAPTCHA v3): bot filtering on the form. Google may process technical data (IP address, browser data, page-usage info) for this. See the Google Privacy Policy.
- Google Ireland Ltd. (Google Tag Manager): measuring traffic and the effectiveness (conversions) of advertising campaigns. These services are only active if you accept analytics / marketing cookies on the cookie banner. Google may process technical data (IP address, browser and device data, page-usage info) and set anonymous identifiers (cookies). Personal data entered into the form (name, email, message) is not sent to Google. See the Google Privacy Policy.
- Invoicing system: symbion – issuing mandatory invoices if a contract is formed.
6. Transfers outside the EEA
In connection with reCAPTCHA, Google may transfer data outside the EEA under its own privacy policy with appropriate safeguards.
7. Cookies
wpmento.hu may use the following cookie categories:
- Necessary cookies – for basic operation and security (e.g. Google reCAPTCHA technical cookies, storing your cookie banner choice). These are set without consent because the service can't work without them.
- Analytics cookies – only with consent. Google Analytics 4 collects anonymous data on how many people arrive, from which source, and what they look at. The data collected isn't directly linked to you.
- Marketing cookies – only with consent. Google Ads and Google Tag Manager are used to measure which ads bring enquiries (conversion measurement) and to optimise advertising campaigns based on that.

10. Data security
The Controller strives to protect data with organisational and technical measures appropriate to current technology, against unauthorised access, modification, loss or disclosure. The form is submitted over HTTPS; I never ask for passwords, admin or hosting access through it.
